Our Story
Founded to be unique from other brands - Wow Top Up was established in August 2021 by Roxroy Gough III. The idea was simply to leverage a business that could operate regardless of geographical location and time of day.
By December of that same year, the brand had been well on its way to deliver a top up service to customers around Jamaica.
Today, the brand has included offering SIM cards with unlimited talk & 4G LTE data to ensure customers are able to remain connected to information, family and friends.

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at any of our shops {Shop #4 Saint James St. (In front of Stanley Patties, 3rd floor, inside the beauty salon in the middle) Mon-Sat 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR Shop #5 Saint James St., Montego Bay, St. James (Mon-Sat 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Inside Scissors N' Clippers Beauty Salon (In front of Stanley Patty, 3rd floor. Proceed down the corridor until you arrive at the shop at the end of the corridor.) Ask for Shop owner, Simone (she retails SIM cards.)
Knutsford Express Delivery
Your item(s) will be delivered directly to the nearest local Knutsford Express Station in your area. You are responsible to pay them their delivery fee of approximate $700 JMD.
On the secure checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and estimated delivery time.
Top Up Delivery Info
Useful information about top up delivery
Order your mobile phone credit 24 hours in advance of having it transferred to your recipient. We take up to 24 hours to process top up orders.
Payment Options
Request for our Bank of Nova Scotia Account Details to submit payment via bank transfer.
Cash on Delivery payment option is accepted ONLY if you are picking up SIM card(s) from our mobile street agents.
However, for every other transaction, we accept payment via bank transfer from any local bank to our Bank of Nova Scotia Account.
Simply send the bank receipt and order number to wowtopup.jamaica@gmail.com for your order to be processed.

We are an online-based brand providing top up service and new bundled SIM cards to Jamaicans island-wide.
Delivery is conducted by customer pickup from any of our delivery partners outside Teleperformance, Radius and Itel, Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica. or via Knutsford Express.
